1. Who we are
These Terms govern your access to and use of WorkflowPro (the "Service"), operated by WorkflowPro ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
2. Merchant of Record
Payments for WorkflowPro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, collects applicable taxes, and provides receipts. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. The Student plan requires proof of active enrollment at an accredited institution.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Team) renew automatically on the same day of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates at checkout.
5. License to use content
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WorkflowPro templates, ComfyUI graphs, prompts, PSD mockups, and Sheets formulas in your own commercial and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the raw files as a competing product.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent access controls; (c) share account access with people outside your plan's allowed seats; (d) use the Service to build a directly competing product.
7. Intellectual property
WorkflowPro, its brand, and all templates, workflows, and written material are owned by us or licensed to us. Output you create using our templates belongs to you.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. On termination, your license to use the templates ends and outstanding fees remain payable.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
