1. Who we are
WorkflowPro ("we", "us") operates workflowpro.cc and the associated Service. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@workflowpro.cc.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, display name, avatar, authentication provider (Google or email).
- Billing data: plan tier, subscription status. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
- Usage data: which templates you download, timestamps, IP address, browser/device metadata, and error logs used to keep the Service running.
- Support data: messages you send us and any information you choose to include.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the Service (deliver template downloads, authenticate you, apply your plan entitlements).
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, billing notices, password resets).
- To improve the product through aggregated, non-identifying usage analytics.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on: contract (to deliver the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), legal obligation (tax and accounting), and consent where required (e.g. marketing emails you opt into).
5. Who we share it with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — Merchant of Record. Handles all payments, tax collection, receipts, and refunds. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
- Cloudflare — hosts our application and CDN.
- Google — if you sign in with Google, Google authenticates you and shares your basic profile with us.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only when legally required.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process your data outside your country of residence, including in the US and EU. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, unless a longer retention is required by law (e.g. tax records). Billing records held by Paddle follow their retention schedule.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and UK GDPR), you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict processing, port it to another service, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@workflowpro.cc to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege service roles). No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and will notify you if a breach affects you.
10. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
11. Changes
We'll post material changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
